JAP. SUBMARINE
TOWED TO SEA FOR SINKING (Rec. 11 a.m.) TOKIO, April 16. The Indian naval sloop Sutlej left Kura to-day towing a 1,000-ton Japanese submarine which is to be sunk in Bungo Strait. Of 25 other submarines found in Kure Harbour, some are to be used for target practice anii others are to bo scrapped.
