GENERAL HORTHCQTT TOURING (Rec. 8 a.m.) TOKIO, April 15. Lieutenant-general Northcott, travelling by special train, began a four days' tour of South-western Honshu. He will visit, among other units, the Ninth New Zealand Brigade at Chofn.
