SOUTHAMPTON TUGMEN
(Bee. JO. 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 15. The tugmeii at Southampton are returning to work to-morrow on the employers' promise to open negotiations. * [An earlier message stated:—lt is announced that 120 tugmen, operating 14 tugs which handle liners at Southampton Docks, started an unofficial strike yesterday. The tugmen brought in. the Sterling Castle, but the liner Rangitiki later docked without aid. The Isle de France in the evening anchored! off Cowes awaiting daylight, when, if necessary, she will dock without tugs.]
