SEPARATION FROM GERMANY URGED RHENISH PEOPLES' PARTY POLICY (Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 14. A call for a plebiscite to decide on the separation, of the Rhineland from the rest of Germany was made by Dr Opitz, president of the Rhenish Peoples' Party, speaking at demonstrations in the Ruhr towns of MunchenGladbaeh and Dueren, states the British news agency in Germany. Dr Opitz adfled that only a free Rhine could prevent rearmament of a Reich governed from the centre.
