HEALTH OF SOME FAILING (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) JERUSALEM, April 14. After 50 hours of hunger-striking the health of some of the 15 Jewish strikers is failing. Delegations from all parts of Palestine to-day visited the strikers, who were ordered by doctors to remain in bed. The Palestine Government's decision whether immigration certificates will be granted the illegal immigrants aboard the refugee ship in Spezia Harbour is expected early to-morrow.
