A GRADE DOUBLES DECIDED The final of ijh'e A grade championship doubles event in the Otago croquet tournament was played yesterday afternoon, the winners being Mesdames Allan and Robertson, of Wellington, who defeated Mesdames Stockdale and Bonar by 26 points to 22. Results of the afternoon's play were:— A GRADE CHAMPIONSHIP SINGLES. First Life. —Fourth round: Mrs Gormack 26, Mrs Robertson 13. Semi-finals.—Mrs Metcalfe 26, Mrs Keen 22 ; Mrs Mitchell 26, Mrs Holmes 24. A GRADE CHAMPIONSHIP DOUBLES. Final. Mesdames Allan and Robertson (Wellington) 26, Mesdames Sctokdalo and Bonar (Christchurch) 22. A AND B GRADE COMBINED DOUBLES. Final—Mr and Mrs Metcalfe 26, Mesdames Buchler and Gain 17.
