POSITION OF BERCHTESGADEN (Rec: 8 a.m.) FRANKFURT, Jan. 25. LWhile the rubble of war is still being cleared from Bavarian streets, the Bavarian Premier, . Hoegner, in a speech threatened to defend the Berohtesgaden County with scythes and forks against cession to Austria. The Munich newspaper ' Sudedeutsehe Zeitung ' quotes Hoegner as 6aying: " We are not willing to have Berchtesgaden County taken from us. Anyone who in this area agitates for its cession to Austria will be arrested and charged with high treason."
