GOVERNOR OF BERMUDA
ADMIRAL LEATHAM APPOINTED LONDON, January 24. Admiral Sir Ralph Leatham (retired) has been appointed by the King ns Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Bermuda in succession to Lord Burghley. Admiral Leatham was formerly Commander-in-Chief, Plymouth.
