ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
FRACTURED NECK. A fall while working on a lime sower at Goodwood resulted in Edward Sheddan suffering a fractured neck. The injured man, who is 54 # years of age and lives at Palmerston, was brought to the Dunedin Hospital, where he was admitted at 6.30 p.m. yesterday, and his name placed on the dangerously ill list. His condition was unchanged this morning. BOY'S LEG BROKEN. A fractured left leg was suffered by Graham Scoles, aged 10 years, who lives at Aurora Terrace, Port Chalmers, when he fell at his home yesterday. He was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital at 12.30 p.m. FALL FROM CYCLE. When Kenneth Pate, aged 11 years, of 1 Highgate, fell from his bicycle in Jubilee Park to-day, he suffered abrasions to the face and head, and was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital.
