PAYMENT BY OIL COMPANY
(Rec. 8 a.m.) MOSCOW, Jan. 22. , Allegations that Mr Taqui Badeh, the Persian Ambassador to Britain, was receiving a salary for rendering assistance in prolonging oil concessions in Southern Persia have been published in the Persian newspaper ' Sliakhbaz,' quoted by the Tass News Agency. The newspaper declared that Mr Taqui Badeh's acceptance of such a salary from a British oil company could not possibly be construed as of 1 service £o Persia,
