BRITISH LABOUR AND ITALIAN SOCIALISTS (Rec. 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 23. The British Labour Party and the Italian'Socialist Party found themselves in accord on all major issues, says a joint statement issued at the conclusion of the week's visit to England of the Italian Vice-Premier, Nenni, and the secretary of the Italian Socialist Party, Sijone. _" The visit consolidated the most intimate relations between two of the greatest Socialistparties in Europe. Special attention was paid to the re-establishment of international collaboration between the Socialists and the present political situation in Italy.
