NEW ZEALAND DX CLUB
There was a good attendance at the January meeting of the New Zealand DX Club. One new member, Mr V. Kitt, was welcomed. Business was mainly of a routine nature. A 22-hour competition was introduced as from midnight following the meetirg. The various awards were more. keerly contested than for some time pist and resulted as follows : —Broadcast—Open : VUC, Calcutta, M. Lamont. Australasian: .WVTJT, Nandi, Fiji, E Whitworth and M. Lamont (equal). American :KWIL, Albany, Oregon, B. Whitworth. Short wave—CHNX, Halifax, Nova Scotia, E. Whitworth. Arrateur— WBBRB, Mindoro, P. 1., J. Fox.
