Vessel converted for the carriage of molasses in side tanks built into the structure in way of forward and after holds. At Sydney.—MAIWARRA. Single-screw steamer, built 1924. Gross tonnage 606, net 331. Length 179 ft 2in, breadth 29ft lin, depth lift 2in. Machinery: Singlescrew triple-expansion engines, with Scotch type 2-furnace boiler, with a working pressure of 1851 b per square inch. At Fremantle. BONTHORPE. Singlescrew steam steel trawler, built 191.'. 273 tons gross. Length 125 ft sin, beam 23ft sin, depth 12ft 7in. Machinery: Tripleexpansion engines, rated 86 N.H.P. Registered title under Merchant Shipping Act cannot at present be given, the vessel being registered outside the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth will give title by deed of assignment, and will assist to be registered under provisions of the Merchant Shipping Act. Tenders are returnable by February 25, 1946. The payment is to be by cash or bank draft prior to delivery within 14 days of notification of acceptance of tender, or irrevocable letter of credit. The deposit to be lodged with each tender is 5 per cent, of amount tendered. Further details may be secured on application from the Office of the High Commissioner for Australia, P.O.
