Registered title under Merchant Shipping Act cannot at present be given, the vessel being registered outside the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth will give title by deed of assignment, and will assist to be registered under provisions of the Merchant Shipping Act. Tenders are returnable by February 25, 1946. The payment is to be by cash or bank draft prior to delivery within 14 days of notification of acceptance of tender, or irrevocable letter of credit.
