TOUSHAY SCORES TWICE L. F. BERKETT'S FIELD DAY The Wanganui Trotting Club's Annual Meeting was opened in fine but overcast weather. The track was fast. There was a fair attendance, and the totalisator (win and place) handled £16,784, compared with" £6,284 on Saturday, January 20, 1940, the last occasion on which a meeting was held here, an increase of £10,500.
