CLOTHES FOR POLAND
GIFT FROM BRITAIN WARSAW, Dec. 26. The Ministry of Labour announced that Britain was giving Poland clothes and other articles valued at £450,000 in response to an appeal on behalf of the population. The gift includes 300.000 second-hand coats, and 250,000 woollen jerseys.
