INDO-CHINA
FRENCH TAKING OVER ADMINISTRATION DIFFICULTIES SETTLE* (Rec. 11,5 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 26. The disagreement between Paris and Chungking about taking over the administration of Northern Indo-China appears to have been amicably settled, says Reuter’s Paris correspondent. It is learned that French troops will soon take over from the Chinese armed forces in Tonlking and North Annam. They will simultaneously take over from i the British troops in \ CochinChina. Thus Indo-China will, for the first time since the end of the war, come completely under French control.
