SOVIET AWARDS
(Rec. 10 a.m.). MOSCOW, Nov. 6. The Presidium of _ the Supreme Soviet decorated 391 diplomatic representatives and staff members of the Commissariat for Foreign Affairs with orders and medals for the successful filfilment of the Government's assignments during the war. M. Molotov, M. Gromyko, and M. G'ousev were among the 10 awarded the Order of Lenin.
