" Never Again."—Your complaint concerning the behaviour of children at a picture theatre has been submitted to tho management in question. A rule stipulating that an adult should accompany children was enforced for some time as a precaution against unseemly behaviour, but was more recently relaxed for a probationary trial. It has now been decided to reimpose it.
