FULL-DRESS REHEARSAL
DELAY IN TRIAL POSSIBLE (llec. 11 a.m.l NUREMBERG, Nov. 5. The chief prosecutor of the forthcoming trials of major Nazi war criminals. Mr Justice Robert Jackson, attended a full rehearsal of the trial in a special room at the Palace of Justice, where “ stand ins ” for the judges, prosecutors, witnesses, and defendants ran through a prepared script • using earphones and microphones. Mr Justice Jackson said the United States would be ready to open its case on the date sot, November 20, but a delay was possible because of expected requests by counsel for the defendants for additional time to prepare their defence.
