AUSTRALIAN APPOINTMENT CANBERRA, November 5. The appointment of Dr D. B. Copland as Australian Minister to China was announced by the Acting Minister of External Affairs, Mr N. J. Makin. The Australian Minister to Chile will be appointed shortly. .
