OBITUARY
OR LESLIE BURGIN <Rec. 8 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 16. The death has occurred of Dr Leslie Burgiir. 111-health prevented his contesting the last election. [Dr Burgin was Liberal National member fof Luton from 1931, and was Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade from 1932 to 1937, Minister of Transport ,from 1987 to 1939, and Minister of Supply from 1939 to 1940.1 ■'■
