OCCUPATION OF STUTTGART
CONTROVERSY WITH FRENCH SETTLED

The French army's claim to maintain occupation of Stuttgart has been settled in a manner satisfactory' to all concerned, says the British United Press Paris correspondent. The details of the agreement have not been disclosed, but it is believed that the Seventh Army will occupy; Stuttgart as long as it needs it for a supply base without prejudice to the French claim, for the city to be included in the French post-war occupation zone. The French Military Government in the meantime is being, maintained in Stuttgart
