The Valenciennes Committee for the Confiscation ;of Illegal Profits imposed the biggest fine in French history—--500,000,000 francs—on" Mademoiselle Leonie Fromont. a wholesale wine and liqueur merchant. She made 92,000,000 franesi in trading with the enemy and profiteering. •
