FRENCH IN CONSTANCE
SURRENDER WITHOUT FIGHT (Red. 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 26. Constance, on the border of Switzerland, has surrendered to the French army without a fight, says the British United Press's Zurich correspondent. The entire German hake Constance flotilla, consisting of nine jnotor launches based on Lindau, sailed into Swiss ports and surrendered to the authorities The crews returned to Lindau in a motor brW The flotilla was used to prevent si" gling and the flight of refugees from Germany.
