■ LONDON, April 25. Fifth Army forces have reached Mantua, seven miles north of the Po. They have aUo made substantial gains north of Spczia. Thousands of prisoners and vast quantities of equipment continue to be taken. PANIC TEURIBLE. LONDON, April 25.—A correspondent says the panic in Berlin is terrible, While there is still one road of escape millions scramble for it, and there are no police to keep order. The Russian advance in the souther:] part of the city has caused unbelievable chaos. There are stampedes of children everywhere in danger of being trampled to death.
