PUBLIC NOTICES. PROHIBITION OF SALE OF GOODS. THE Sale of any of the goods listed in the schedule below is prohibited unless (a) a Price Order has been issued by the Price Tribunal with respect to any such ■joods, or (b) the Tribunal has authorised a maximum selling price to Hie person offering such goods for sale. These goods have -been declared under a " Declared Goods " notice. This prohibition is in accordance with tho powers conferred on the Price Tribunal by tho Control of Prices Emergency Regulations, 1939, and Amendments, and notices of this prohibition have appeared in the ' New Zealand Gazette ' of September 30. 1943, March 16, 1944, Juno 15, 1944, -August 10. 1944, and November 2, 1944. Persons soiling any of these goods except under conditions (a) or (b) above are liable to prosecution. SCHEDULE. 1. Garments of any of the following kind or classes made 'wholly or partially from materials containing New Zealand wool • —namely. Underwear, pull-overs, cardigans, slip-ons, jerseys, overcoats, men's and boys' two and three-piece suits, sports coats, trousers, shorts, shirts, women's skirts, girls' gym. frocks. 2. Garments of any of the following kinds Cr classes—namely, Blazers, gym. frocks, knitted underwear, pyjamas, overalls (working type only), men's and boys' two and three-piece suits, shorts, trousers, coats, sports coats, shirts, jerseys. 3. Garments of any of the following kinds —namely, Bathing suits and shorts, dressing gowns, Wise coats, lumber jackets, nightdresses, skirts, women's shorts and slacks. 4. Overcoats (all kinds). 5. Blouses. 6. Women's and girls' costumes. 7. Women's and girls' frocks, dresses, and gowns. 8. Raincoats (all kinds). 9. Boys' school caps. 10. Hosiery. 11. Gloves. 12. Suitings 13. Overcoatings. 14. Tailor's trimmings. 15. Textile piece goods, wholly or partially manufactured from New Zealand wool. 16. Cotton and linen piece goods of any of the following kinds of classes—namely, Sheetings, pillow cotton, bleached cotton, cotton and flannelette blanketing, tea towelling, drill, duck, plain white damask, calico, towelling in white, brown, or * striped, flannelette, winceyette, linen liuck. 17. Goods of any of (he following kinds or classes—namely, Sheets, pillow cases, towels, marcella and honeycomb quilts, nursery squares, cotton and flannelette blankets. 18. Dress piece goods in, cotton, artificial silk, synthetic wool, and any mixtures thereof. 19. Handkerchiefs. I 20. Knitted outerwear. 21. Knitting wools. 22.
