SHARE MARKET. Sales reported on 'Change were Union Steam Ship Co. (pref.) at 31s 6d, with a seller still quoting 31s 9d; Goldsbrough, Mort at 31s 7d, with a buyer offering 31s 3d; Bruce Woollen (ord.) at 33s 9d, with a seller at 345; and National Insurance, two sales at 24s 7d, with the market closing at 24s 6d--24s 9d. Quotations both ways were given for Wool Bonds f 1949) at 19s 2d-19s 6d, Bank of New Zealand at 465-46 s 6d, New Zealand Express Co. at 4s-7s, New Zealand Kefrigerating (paid) at 28s-28s 6d, and cont. at 13s 3d-13s 5d Woolworths (New Zealand) at 22s 4d-22s 9d, New Zealand Breweries at 445-44 s 9d, Dominion Breweries at 47s 3d 48s 6d, Australian Foundation Co. at ss-5s 9d, Macduffs (ord.) at 17s-17s 6d, National Electric at 30s-335, Claude Neon (New Zealand) at 34s 6d-35s 6d, and Mt. Morgan at 6s 3d- 6s 9d. PUBLIC TRUST. Estates to the value of £568,072 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of January. Grants of administration made by the court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 173 for the month. During the month 496 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody, and 385 existing wills were revised (o provide for changes desired by testators. FISH MARKET. Adverse weather conditions precluded the possibility of reasonable supplies being available, and the offering at this morning's auction was limited to a small quantity of red cod, which was sold at 29s for a part case, and a few pounds of English soles, which brought 7|d.
