INVASION OF AMERICA WASHINGTON, July 10. Hitler in 1940 had a detailed plan for invasion of the United States, said Mr J. Dearlton Ward, a leading aircraft manufacturer, to the Senate subcommittee when he testified on the necessity' for a vast expansion of civilian and commercial flying and vigorous aircraft design research after the war.
