YUNGFENG RECAPTURED FULL-SCALE YUNNAN OFFENSIVE PEHDS (Rec. 10.5 a.m.) CHUNGKING, July 11. Chinese troops recaptured Yungfens, says a Chinese communique. An Associated Press correspondent reports that the Chinese in Yunnan are preparing for a full-scale move against three main objectives—Tengchung, Lungling, and Mangshih. Pressure against Tengchung continues from all sides, but the monsoon is impeding operations. General Stilwell's communique reports that American planes bombed the Japanese bases of Sinyang and Yochow, destroying five enemy planes and damaging several others. Warhawka destroyed 50 supply boats and two pontoon bridges south-east of Hengyang. American airmen also raided canal shipping in North-east Indo-China, sinking three barges and damaging 10 1 others, '
