GERMAN RESISTANCE ON ORNE FRONT FIERCE BATTLING AT HOTTOT (Rec. 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 11. The Germans are fighting until they are killed over the whole front along the river Orne, states Reuter's correspondent. The battle raged all day, and to-night the enemy were hurling armour and .men into local actions. The line of fighting extends from Hottot on the west to Colombelles. German planes raided Caen this morning, states Reuter's correspondent.
