FLEW INTO TROUBLE
Uloc. 11 a.m.) RUGBY, May 8. A Messerschmitt 110 was destroyed in the air and three Junkers 88 were damaged on the ground by four Spitfires of the R.C.A.F. operating to-day in the Caimbrai area. The Messerschmitt met the Spitfires as they came up over a hill, and it was shot down by one of them. The Spitfires also shot up a flak tower.
