DREAMS OF BRITISH SOLDIERS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, May 8. The London correspondent of the ' Herald-Tribune' learns' on good authority that Mr Churchill placed the subject of emigration to the dominions high on the agenda of the Prime Min r isters' conference. " Thousands of British fighting men dream of the future insome dominion. The post-war years will probably see the greatest emigration of young Britons to the dominions since Queen Victoria's expansion programme. The British Tommy hopes to find a broader life, a better diet, and a greater chance for' his children on the Commonwealth frontiers than iu tradition-bound England.
