MACANDREW BAY.

TO THE EDITOR Sir ; —While not desiring to enter into Press controversy, I feel compelled to ask " Visitor" in what manner he gleaned his information when writing under the above title. I feel confident that he • has never attended a dance run under the auspices of my committee, for, if so, 1 am certain he would not have written " it is difficult for the local people to enjoy entertainment provided." It has always been and always will be the aim of my committee to provide for the youth of the district and their friends an evening's entertainment in clean, sociable surroundings.—l am, etc., J W. Wilson, Hon. Secretary Macandrew Bay Dance Club. May 8.
