SPANISH GENERAL DENOUNCED
ATROCITIES IN RUSSIA (Rec. 1 p.m.) LONDON, May 5. The Soviet Atrocity Commission has named Lieutenant - general Munoa Grande, commander of the Spanish Blue Division, as one of those respon* sible for killings and wanton destruction at Novgorod. The German radio recently stated that Grande had been appointed chief of Franco's personal military staff.
