SUNK IN COLLISION
FORMER WOOLWOBTH YACHT NEW YORK, January 7. The Navy Department announced that the 1,300-ton patrol ship St. Augustine sank in a collision with a merchantman off. Cape May, New Jersey. St. Augustine was formerly the palatial Woolworth yacht Noparo, and was frequently used by Miss Barbara Hutton. The Noparo was built at Kiel at a cost of 1,250,000 dollars.
