WEATHER RESTRICTS BIG-SCALE ACTIVITY
(Ret. 11.5 a.m.) RUG'BY/, Jan 9. On Saturday night Mosquitoes _ of Bomber Command attacked objectives in Western Germany. One of our aircraft is missing. R.A.F. fighters, including Tynhoons, crossed the Straits of Dover towards Northern Frauee on several _ occasions during the morning, according to a Press message. Small groups of fighters were seen on the return. The weather again restricted big-scale activity, and iu the afternoon conditions became worse, visibility being very poor.
