CANBERRA, January G. Rabbit trapping for carcasses will become a protected industry when tbe Australian meat _ rationing scheme comes into operation on January 17. Ria'bibit meat will not be rationed, and thus will supplement tbe meat obtained bv coupons.. ' In New South Wales rabbits are reported to be threatening food production over a wide area of the State, and plans to organise trapping are welcomed.
