DAILY INTERCESSION.
Merciful God, do Thou bind up every broken heart and heal their wounds, and comfort with Thy compassion all to whom the war has brought sorrow and distress. Surround with Thy care the wounded, the sick, the prisoners of ivar, the dying, and the mourners of the dead. May they by their sorroiv and suffering be led fo cast their care upon Thee and know by experience that Thou caresLfor them; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
