RUSSO-POLISH RELATIONS
RESUMPTION IN PRINCIPLE
(Rec. 10.-15 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 22. The Russian Government lias agreed in principle to resume diplomatic relations with the Polish Government in London, says the 'Evening Standard.' This decision is not an outcome of the Moscow conference. It was contained in a memorandum in which Russia last month replied to representations, from the Ambassadors of Britain and America in Moscow. Mr Anthony Eden, before leaving for Russia', received a memorandum from the Polish Government expressing a desire to resume relations with Russia.
