The annual festival of one-act plays sponsored, by the Otago area of the B.D.L. will commence at the Town Hall Concert Chamber on July 29. Good entries haye been received, and the committee has been fort'lnate in obtaining the ' services of Mrs Nita Neale, of Christchurch, as judge. Tha plan opens at the D.1.C.. on Wednesday next. .
