BOWLING
GREEN ISLAND CLUB The annual meeting of the Green Island Bowling Club was held last Saturday. Mr D. Taylor was in the chair. The President presented the secretary, Mr J. Ray, with a fountain pen in appreciation of his services during the past 15 years. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—.President, Mr J. Russell; vice-presidents, Messrs H. Smellio and „\V. Dryden; secretary, Mr J. Rav; treasurer, Mr J. L. Miller; selector, "Mr W. Murie; delegate to centre, Mr D. Sloan;, auditor, Mr T. Tomkins; General Comniittep—Mkssis .1 C Lindsay. R. Tillieshort, and J. A. Lindsay; Green Committee— Messrs W. Brown," \V. Murie, and D. Taylor.
