(ißee. 11 a.m.) LONDQN, July 14. To-day's German communique says the R.A.F. last night made a heavy terror raid on Aachen and greatly damaged residential quarters and destroyed public buildings and ' cultural monuments. Aachen Cathedral was hit. Thepopulation sustained heavy casualties.
