BYELGOROD AREA

RUSSIAN COUNTER-ATTACKS (Rec. noon.) RUGBY, July 14. Heavy Russian counter-attacks are being delivered in the area at the southern end of the Orel-Byel-gorod salient, and the Germans have been driven back from a number of positions into which they had made thrusts into the Russian lines.
