SHARE MARKET. A buyer was still offering 35s for Milburn Liine following a reported sale at 36s on 'Change this morning. Donaghy's Rope and Twine were quoted at 60s-62s 6d, \\i\SOll3 Cement had a buyer at 19s 3d, "'ill' a seller 3d away. Woolwcrlhs Properties wore wanted at 26s 3d, iind the South African at 255. Other Woohvoiih issues were quoted, N. 55. (ord.) at 15s 4d-15s 6d, N.Z. (pref.) at 40s-425, and Sydney at 16s 9d-17s 2d.

The Industrial Man Power Appeal Committee —Messrs M. \V. Grantham, H. K. Gillard, and S. ID. Macpherson, with Mr W. J. Mathers, secretarj'—met this morning. Douglas Thomaa kdward Shearer appealed against refusal erf permission to terminate employment with the.iirm of McKinley's Footwear .Ltd. —Decision reserved. Rowland E. Cook appealed against direction to accept employment with the Marine; Repair Works, Port Chalmers, in the capacity of electric welder, as he wished to go schee-lite mining at Macraes. —Decision reserved. Reserved decisions were announced in the following appeals:— Norma C. Ritchie, against refusal of permission to terminate her employment at the Wakari Hospital.—Appeal allowed, subject to appellant accepting employment at the Talbovs Home. J. D. McKcclmie, for the D.S.A. Lid., against a direction that Hazel E. Cox should accept employment witli the firm of J. McGrath and Co. in the capacity of machinist.—Appeal allowed. RABBITSKIN SALE.
