MAGNIFICIENT RECRUITS TO EIGHTH ARMY (Rpn. noon.) RUGBY, July 13. The invasion forces in Sicily are known as the Fifteenth Army Group, it is announced officially to-day. A Press message quotes General Montgomery's welcome to the Eighth Army of the Canadians, who received his greeting on their way to Sicily: "I want to give a heartv welcome to the Canadian troops now joining the Eighth Army. I know well the fighting men from'-Canada. They are magnificent
