TWO AIRMEN KILLED
NIGHT-FLYING CRASH (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Jan. 28. Two members of the Royal New. Zealand Air. Force, both residents of Wanganui, lost their lives during a night-flying test at a South Island' air station on Wednesday, when the aircraft crashed. The personnel concerned were : Sergeant Louis John Norfolk Gumbley; father, Mr C. .N. Gumbley, 64 Bignell street, Wanganui. Acting Corporal Eric Courtney Bell; mother, Mrs J. C Bell, Springvale road, Wanganui.
