LONDON, January 21. Germany and Japan yesterday signed an economic treaty which is similar to the Italian-Japanese treaty signed in Rome. ■ i These treaties are mentioned in a special announcement from Hitler's headquarters, which explained that the treaties supplemented and extended the tripartite pact among the three'nations, and ratified the continuance of longterm economic planning among them.
