Sanclford. The following have been promoted temporary acting sub-lieutenants in the special branch:—F. J. O'Brien (Whakatane),.D. J. R. Cooke (Christchurch), also T; E. Hale..'j'':,■ The following are promoted tempo-, rarv acting sub-lieutenants:—W. G. Holder (Wellington), D. S. Hart (Palmerston North), E. H. N. Luke (Napier), P. J. Murphy (Gisborne), also I G. Owen and G. K. Natusch. R. Hooker, Fleet Air Arm. is promoted temporary sub-lieutenant.
