Hagrgitt represented the Crown. Tho appeal by,G. H. Mattingly, boot re» pairer, on the ground of public interest, was dismissed, appellant not to be called up before September 30. . . _ T The appeal of A. W. Cooper-for E. Pedlow, Joiner, was adjourned m for three months; the appeal by William Taylor and Sons Ltd. for N. # L. Mason, head storeman packer, was similarly dealt with. .
