Benders who desire to follow in detail the siege of Singapore will find retention of the above topographical map a valuable aid. The landings already made are apparently from somewhere near Tuas across the swamp area to the coast bounding the rubber plantations almost to the causeway. The enemy has also occupied the island of Bulau Übin at the north-east .corner of Singapore.
